You may return custom installations within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our return conditions. The return period begins on the date of delivery confirmation. All return requests must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The installation must not have been damaged, altered, or installed. All original documentation, certificates, and accessories must be included with the return. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond normal inspection may not be accepted for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as incorrect item shipped or defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed return instructions. All returns must include the return authorization number. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
Custom-made installations that have been specifically designed and created for your space are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Items that have been installed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. You have the right to return items in accordance with local regulations. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides additional consumer rights, those rights are in addition to and not in lieu of the terms outlined in this policy.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has commenced, cancellation may be subject to fees based on work completed and materials ordered. Custom orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return under our standard return policy after delivery.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, but typically take 5-10 business days after approval. If you paid by credit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
